I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience providing trauma-informed psychotherapy. I approach therapy as a collaborative clinical process grounded in skill, curiosity, and genuine human connection. My work is informed by years in mental health leadership, community-based care, and direct practice with people navigating trauma and chronic stress across a range of settings.

I use an integrative framework that draws from evidence-based modalities while remaining attentive to the emotional, relational, and social systems that influence mental health. I pay particular attention to attachment dynamics, nervous system regulation, and the ways past experiences continue to shape present relationships and coping patterns. My goal is to create an environment where you can speak openly, feel supported, and be met with respect for your lived experience.

I value clarity, warmth, and authenticity in the therapeutic relationship, and I see that relationship itself as an essential part of the healing process. Therapy with me is not about quick solutions. It is about building insight, strengthening resilience, and developing sustainable change that fits the realities of your life.

Beginning therapy can feel significant. My role is to bring steadiness, compassion, and lived experience as we move through the work together.
